“Marshall's is the most reliable, trustworthy mechanic I have found. Now going on 12 years as a customer. When the Chrysler dealership told me I needed a full brake job during the pandemic, Marshalls pointed to the tiny bit of rust (from sitting) but then pointed out the ton of pad left. I got 2 more years out of those brakes, and Marshall's charged $0 for the inspection. They have driven me home/picked me up many times. to the person's review of driver calling in sick - what can you do about that? small family business! You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.”

“Headed north for August long weekend (on Saturday) and my truck’s transmission decided to pack it in as we rolled through Barrie. I got off at the first exit and as we limped along passed right by Barrie Transmission, coasted in and parked. I popped back in on Tuesday morning not sure whether I would tow the truck closer to home or have it fixed at BT. I made my decision 10 seconds into my conversation with Lorenzo. He was friendly but more importantly, he knew exactly the problems that had always (from new) plagued my truck. He and crew did not just fix my truck - on time and for exactly the price quoted - they gave me back a better version that GM should have built. I honestly wish there was a 10 star rating. I hope I never need another transmission, but if I do, it will be done by these guys.

I travelled all the way from Markham to Barrie to visit a Lavender farm there, unfortunately I had a leaking tire, while I was so panicking and helpless, Pro Tech was the only auto shop could help and being so honest with professional service! “I had a fantastic experience at the Grove Street location.

After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I brought my vehicle in because my oil pressure warning light had come on shortly after an oil change. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to check everything over. They quickly resolved the issue, topped up my oil at no charge, and even reset my “Oil Change Required” reminder, which had been missed during my previous oil change.

What really stood out was their honesty and willingness to help without trying to sell me services I didn’t need. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service.

He answered all of our questions, was always polite and pleasant. They fixed the issue with our van on a timely manner, and there were no extra surprises at time of payment.
