“Amazing beef (steaks etc..), lots of incredible home cooked meals - turkey and chicken stew and any of the pies are an A+, skip the beef stew (unless you enjoy chew with stew, still great flavour tho), otherwise most dishes are on point. Best pickles ever. Fill your water bottles for a great price and a portion goes to charity. What a fabulous market! Nice customer service for the most part.”

“Nicely designed store. My wife appreciates being able to reach top shelves. You won't find many name brands you're familiar with. Eg there are no Coke products, but they have off brand substitutes. Who knows they might be better.”

“Makayla in the Bakery area absolutely made this Sobeys for us. We typically go elsewhere and visit Sobeys on occassion as the prices are typically so high. However yesterday was my little one's fourth birthday and Makayla made his day by allowing him to feel so special, letting him talk her ear off while rocking her job and really making the visit worth it. Give this queen a raise, absolutely amazing person, sparkling personality.

Accessible parking close at hand with lots of spots.

“I frequent this No Frills often and love it! I find the quality and cleanliness superior to other grocery stores.
However, I felt empathetic for my cashier this evening whom was standing in close proximity to the door which opened each time a patron left the store. She was visibly shivering and showing signs of having a deep chill (it’s currently -16 in Barrie). Perhaps personal heaters could be provided to the cashiers close to the door to ensure they are comfortable and cared for during their shifts, or another measure could be taken to warm them up. It was expressed to me that this was not in place at that time. Thanks for listening! :)”
“A nice store that is a little too organized, to the point it gets confusing. The layout of the store and where things are located is extremely confusing. You will find different types of canned tomatoes from the same company in 4 different aisles instead of being placed in one spot near each other. Their stuff is also a little pricier compared to other no name stores like no frills. However, their bakery section usually has some good deals near closing time each day”

“I love this place. The Carribean lunch hot table is excellent and always fresh. The chicken curry and roti is absolutely amazing. The jerk chicken is excellent. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a hot, fresh and delicious lunch at a fair price.”
