“I spoke on the phone with Nathan at Tony's Power Tools about repairing an EGO snow shovel. He said sure, c'mon in! I dropped the snow shovel off at 9 in the morning and it was ready at 3PM that afternoon!
Beyond that fantastic repair time, the whole experience was both professional and pleasant. Nathan communicated clearly with me, my tool was checked into their computer system right away, the receipt had all my info and my tool's serial number, I received email verification of my drop off...I was impressed. Even just walking into the shop I could see that the owners and staff take pride in their business.
All in all, an excellent experience. I am happy that EGO recommended I bring my snow shovel here. I will definitely return if I have other tools that need repair.”
