“We are moving out of town and have to leave this gym. We are going to miss it so much!! It’s open 24 hours so it works great for my husband, as he has varied work hours. It is beautiful inside and always so clean! It’s also never super busy which makes it easy to use all the equipment I want. Its a gem!”

“Small but they've made significant improvements to the main weight room this year. Usually uncrowded, friendly staff. If you're looking for something more laid back but with enough equipment to get by. This is the location in comparison to larger fit4less locations that are much busier”

“Well I’m member good life fitness since oct 20.09 since that gym bought from women’s gym in south center Oakville Ont ( fact when I begin to work out on that gym Oakville 20.09 oct . My favorite group class is name New Body invented by Moe Hogan and before I’ve started that group class New Body I’m in wheel chair folks as fue I’ve got struck of cardio vascular ( brain stroked ) since then 20.09 I’m still doin that class New Body group class .without NewBody group I I’ve none idea now planning to move to my daughter house therefore @ this meantime I’ll see how I could do it.”
