“I went into Maurice’s in the Quinte Mall Belleville yesterday. I was drawn in by an outfit in the window, no intentions of buying anything, just wanted to look. I was quickly greeted by Nicole. I ended up not really liking the pants I saw in the window but Nicole asked me if she could show me some new styles that had just come in. I agreed and she hooked me up with a variety of jeans to try. She was very attentive and helpful…. I ended up buying 6 pairs of jeans and a top. I usually have good experiences here but today was exceptional thanks to Nicole ?”
“This new Winners is quite large. Lots of stock. Their Plus section had some beautiful new summery blouses. My friend tried on 11!! The staff was super friendly when asked to help locate an item. I can say that I'm finally a fan of Winners!!”
“I find this a great place for my partners clothes. Reasonably priced for mens casual wear. As with all these types of stores, finding help can be a bit of a challenge . When Old Navy have sales, they are amazing.”
“The ladies were all extremely friendly and asked me right away what i was looking for. All three sales ladies together helped me hunt down the exact items i needed and because of them i purchased a bit more than i should have. But it was because of the great customer service and help i received that i did so :)

“I wanted to take a moment to show our gratitude towards Janet from the Belleville location. Tonight I needed to purchase various items for my co-op uniform. Janet was in the work boot area and offered her assistance. Janet was knowledgeable in the style of boot that I needed and found a pair that I actually liked. Next Janet took us over to the clothing department, not her department, and proceeded to find me clothes that I needed and actually liked. She was also helpful in finding us the best deal in the store and quality products. Janet went above and beyond what we expected for our assistance. Without her I would not have what I have now and our night would have been successful without her.

“I took my mother who has very advanced Alzheimer's disease. She is kind of a hot mess, and hard to take out to do anything. We needed to get her some tops and pants. The staff there treated her with such respect and kindness. We got her some tops and bottoms, and she was happy to touch the fabric, and choose her own colours. Really stellar staff, that actually made eye contact with her and treated her like a sane human.”

“My husband leukemia, so we celebrated a very special 8 year wedding anniversary on August 1 2020. We contacted the Boathouse to make a reservation... even though they don't normally do reservations with huge lines just to get in the door, they heard our story and went above and beyond to reserve a private table waterside just for us and our 2 service animals. The staff, manager and owner should be recognized for their kindness and compassion... accommodating us when they didn't need to. Everything we perfect! The menu is extensive with creative takes on seafood classics. The food and drinks are outstanding! The atmosphere in the restaurant and on the patio overlooking the marina was special and memorable... that is hard to find anywhere. All I can say is thank you so very much for being part of our very special anniversary. We are lifelong customers now!”

“Dropped in to the Belleville store and was immediately greeted by an attentive employee named Megan. She assisted me in looking through a few items but unfortunately, my timing seemed a little early and she said my best bet was to keep my eye on their website.When I mentioned that I disliked blind internet orders on clothing sizes, she suggested that I try on some garments since I was there. I found the size I require and will now be able to order from Eddie Bauer's website with confidence when my product becomes available.Megan is a very good salesperson who was willing to do that 'little extra'. “I was shopping today with my daughter at the Belleville outlet. We had a fantastic time. The clothes were beautiful and seemed to be well-made. The clothes were all nicely, folded on the shelves, or hung on the racks. The sales person Lindsey, was extremely helpful, and was one of the reasons we had such a good shopping experience! She made several trips back and forth to the change rooms with better sizes. She even went into the back to find us a size that wasn’t on the shelves. Thanks, Lindsey! And bonus points, that this store doesn’t charge for the paper bags to carry out your purchases!!”
“I love this store so much!! There is always a major sale on pretty much everything and a major selection of styles. The clothes are always a great fit and true to sizing and pretty good quality for the price. I would say though, the checkout staff always seem like they'd rather be somewhere else, just ignore the interaction because it's worth it for the sales! Haha!”
