Ardene is a store with a great selection of styles, often having major sales on pretty much everything. The location is great, and it is always clean, stocked, and orderly, making it easy to find your size. The clothes are a great fit and true to sizing, offering pretty good quality for the price. Customer service is very helpful, with staff attending to concerns and sorting out issues. While checkout interactions can sometimes be lacking, the overall experience, including helpful management, makes it a store worth patronizing for the sales and promos.
I want to highly recommend Dollsy working at Ardene in quinte mall, she gave exceptional customer service and attended to my concerns. She clarified about the issue and sorted it out, the good service alone is the reason I will keep patronizing.
