Came in today 7/11/25 and was helped out by Samantha. She was calm, patient, professional, and empathetic when discussing my kitty that was diagnosed with Kidney Disease. This type of service won’t come from the big box stores out there. My exchange was done with ease.

She shared tons of helpful information about the parrot I recently adopted and even gave me great advice on the parrot I am now adopting. When I explained to the store owner that I didn’t know anything about cats, but that I wanted to impress my gf’s mom, he was quick to point me in the direction of the most impressive treat I could get. He was so knowledgeable and attentive. Not only that, the treat was a BIG hit with the mom.”
