“Pleasant place! I have my dog in training. Price is half the cost of other training places , and it’s good and effective teaching. We are in the beginner class then to the next. So far so good.Always have discounts for great pet treats without fillers and all those other things our furry friends don’t need. I’d recommend them for sure.If you’re looking for a pet groomer they have so pretty great ones. Specifically Christi Nolan. Amazing groomer at the Ancaster store. I give her 5 stars. She’s very caring and loving to my pets. Treats them like her very own. My furry friends love her. They come home looking stylish and smell amazingly good.Nothing bad to say about this store”

“I am so grateful to have luck on my side today! I went into Pet valu with three dogs hoping to use the wash station for two and one is groomed dog. Jeannie was so kind to offer some help in a free few minutes she had. I was beyond grateful and she was so patient with my feisty girl who was a total handful! I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Jeannie for my girl moving forward. She looks great! I learned so much in that short time about my dogs needs and her disdain for being groomed. I had no idea. The store staff were super helpful and friendly with me trying to get two dogs washed and dried and be handling three at once on my own. It was so appreciated to be met with patience and kindness today. I always use this location for my cat food. Today was a full on experience that I saw how great this location is. Thank you!”

She has no problem spending a bit of time with her customers and getting out her calculator to determine the phosphorus to calcium ratios for those who have to really watch this with their pets.It is a bit of a drive for me but I prefer giving my business to a small business owner.”
