“The owner and her staff are always very helpful and courteous.I like that it is a woman owned franchise and the owner has helped me out numerous times finding healthy biologically appropriate food for not only my old dog but my cats as well. She has no problem spending a bit of time with her customers and getting out her calculator to determine the phosphorus to calcium ratios for those who have to really watch this with their pets.It is a bit of a drive for me but I prefer giving my business to a small business owner.”

So far so good.Always have discounts for great pet treats without fillers and all those other things our furry friends don’t need. I’d recommend them for sure.If you’re looking for a pet groomer they have so pretty great ones. Specifically Christi Nolan. Amazing groomer at the Ancaster store. I give her 5 stars. “I am so grateful to have luck on my side today! I went into Pet valu with three dogs hoping to use the wash station for two and one is groomed dog. Jeannie was so kind to offer some help in a free few minutes she had. I was beyond grateful and she was so patient with my feisty girl who was a total handful! I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Jeannie for my girl moving forward. She looks great! I learned so much in that short time about my dogs needs and her disdain for being groomed. I had no idea. The store staff were super helpful and friendly with me trying to get two dogs washed and dried and be handling three at once on my own. It was so appreciated to be met with patience and kindness today. I always use this location for my cat food. Today was a full on experience that I saw how great this location is. Thank you!”

“Reasonable prices, great stock and the staff are educated. I found them 3 years ago. I called about a wild turtle I "adopted" off of kijiji and I quickly discovered was very sick. They did not fully cover turtles in a Reptile Store, but they helped me find a great turtle rescue, and now I rescue turtles from selling sites. I buy what I can from these guys.”

“I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for a over 5 years now. When ever our regular groomer can’t get Zoe in we come to PetSmart. They are always super friendly and the place is always clean. This is more of a last min resort as they put the dogs in a cage and mt dog is not a fan so I feel bad. They so usually take 3-4 hours on our Siberian husky. There was only one issue this whole time and they fixed it right away and went over and beyond to make me happy. The girls in the grooming salon are awesome Zoe loves the ladies.”
