“Rhiannon the owner and Julia have been absolutely the most amazing and knowledgeable customer service representatives I have had the pleasure to meet. They helped me with my GSD mix nutrition, he is the healthiest he has been. Thank you both for your knowledge and easygoing atmosphere.

“Got our puppy microchipped here. We went to the wrong location and was late by 15 minutes, but after calling they were very accommodating and told us to come in anyway. Very fast service, we were in and out by not even 10 minutes”
“The best place to buy raw for your dog. The staff are always courteous and pleasant. Never had a bad experience there. Carl is also always a pleasure to see. Keep up the great work.”
“Yes my hygienist Jacqui and Dr.Fabrizio are amazing g and the receptionist Tiffany is an amazing receptionist very kind and always listens. Great Dental team!!!!”
“Our experience at The Urban Zoo with Janna and Alanna was outstanding! We drove all the way from North Bay after researching the best grooming and boarding services. One of our conures is a rescue bird and very easily frightened, but Janna was able to expertly and calmly groom her and do a general wellness check. We got a DNA test done for our other conure, and it was done safely and quickly.
Janna and Alanna were kind, reassuring, and I really enjoyed talking to them about avian care. I also loved seeing the happy parrots hanging out in the store and being silly!
ABSOLUTELY worth the 4 hour drive to know our parrots are in safe, capable hands. Thank you!”
“Great service and they stock anything we've needed or requested!
Both our dogs and cat are very happy with all the dog & cat treats and toys here! Thanks to Ruffins on Upper James!”
“Jackie is such a sweetheart! She took so much time explaining everything about the different Hamster foods and what would work best. You can tell this pet store job is exactly where she wants to be — her love for animals shines through. Super friendly, patient, and genuinely one of the nicest humans you’ll meet. Highly recommend!” Definitely coming back because of Jackie”
“I love the people here.always friendly, very knowledgeable.. always willing to help, and go above an beyond everytime! Even when I move 20mins away, I will always be coming to this location. Just a wonderful bunch of helpful friends”
“One of the biggest pet values I have ever been to. Nice and clean. Staff we're very helpful to a fragile senior citizen lady that was in the store. They went above and beyond.
Prices are killing everyone though.”
“Rens has always been my favourite but especially this location. They are always so kind and have such positive energy, and always so ready to help. Teaghan was the absolute best today, she is so sweet and helpful.”
“Just graduated from a six week beginner training course with instructor Ms. Vicky and could not recommend this enough! The transformation we have seen in our standard poodle puppy has been nothing but unbelievable. He has excelled in new skills such as loose leash walking, recall, calmness and ignoring others. Ms. Vicky provides great tips and advice with any issue given her decades of experience. As we found the course to be extremely beneficial, our puppy is now enrolled in both intermediate and advanced classes. Cannot wait for the next 12 weeks. Thank you Ms. Vicky for your support!”
“I took my Dog River for a bath and brush.
Olivia did an amazing grooming on River and even said he was a pleasure to work with and actually well behaved(surprised) Olivia obviously works well with dogs and very happy to see him looking so good. Thank you so much and will definitely be bringing him back to Olivia. ***** 5 stars”

“I had such a wonderful experience at Pet Valu in Binbrook! Jo was absolutely amazing, so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and even helped me carry everything out to my car. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and the animals they’re shopping for. Such a beautiful person inside and out. Thank you, Jo, for making my visit such a great experience! ❤🐾”
