“I would like to thank Suman at Winners for her kindness and willingness to help. I have a back problem, and she happily carried the plates out for me without hesitation. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service made my shopping experience so much better. It’s wonderful to see employees who genuinely care about their customers.”

“This is a store that has a little bit of everything. Groceries, clothes, toys ,household items. I have grown to love it. The prices on clothing and household items are excellent. They have good sales on some grocery items too. I find the staff there very friendly and they even seem to know some of the elderly customers. Good place to go .”

“I’ve been to many Canadian Tire locations over the years, and at 55 years old, I can honestly say this was the best customer service experience I have ever had at Canadian Tire.

John Luca assisted me with purchasing a Pelican and a telescope, and throughout the entire experience, his kindness, patience, knowledge, and willingness to help were extraordinary. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchases and understood everything I needed to know.

I would give John Luca 10 out of 10 without hesitation. He is truly an asset to Canadian Tire, and employees like him are what exceptional customer service is all about. I sincerely hope his efforts and dedication are recognized by management.

Thank you, John Luca, for making my experience such a positive one. You set an incredible standard for customer service!”
