“The most amazing doctor ever, kind, compassionate, explains things so you understand completely, doesn’t rush you out, and I think every doctor should ask this , “ is there anything else you need to ask or concerns you may have before you leave?” Generally cares about his patients, my daughter, son and spouse have both been to visit this clinic with outstanding services from secretary, and doctors, getting us in so fast, and feeling so comfortable and pleased when we leave! “The pharmacist is an amazing caring person, my Dr appointment ran 5 hrs behind like normal and the pharmacy was closed, I saw the pharmacist on his way out and asked if another pharmacy could fill it and he told me yes but actually came back in and opened and fill my script because he knew I was out.”

“Like most Loblaw related stores, the washrooms are really not good. Not as bad as Bayfield St Barrie though.
Store is light, bright, well stocked. Staff are lovely and the owners are very supportive of the community, so that is why they get 5 stars.”

“Maria and staff are very welcoming to customers, unlike larger chain pharmacies. My husband and I finally left Shoppers Pharmacy in BB becuz we got tired of rude staff and an owner who, despite knowing how unsatisfied we were, did nothing to change our minds.
