Usually sales people don’t much care about after sales clients customer service. Sanjay helped us with rescheduling the delivery. I rescheduled the delivery as instructed by him. Next day he checked the system and noticed that the delivery date wasn’t changed. He called me to ensure we rescheduled the delivery. “I recently purchased a fully customized couch from this store on January 4th, mainly because I have ongoing back pain and was looking for something supportive and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, accommodated my customization requests, and made the ordering experience smooth and pleasant.
The only issue I experienced was with the delivery timeline. I was told the couch would be delivered within 2–3 weeks, but it was actually delivered on February 11th. While I understand that delays can happen, I would have appreciated better communication regarding the delay. A simple update letting me know the delivery would be pushed back would have made the experience even better.
That said, the quality of the couch is excellent. It feels premium, and they truly customized it to support my back properly. I am very happy with the final product and would still recommend this store for their craftsmanship and customer service. Improving communication about delivery timelines would make them even better.

We purchased two adjustable bed frames from the Stouffville location in December, and we couldn’t be happier. The customer service we experienced there is honestly the best I’ve ever had. Two months later, when I returned to purchase headboards, the sales team not only remembered me but greeted me by name—a gesture that immediately made me feel valued. They were incredibly patient, offered thoughtful advice, and helped me select a headboard and bed frame that would work seamlessly with our adjustable bases.
When the headboard was delivered, it turned out to be the wrong one. With most companies, this would mean multiple follow-ups and frustration. Not here. Your team proactively reached out to me, arranged the return, and scheduled the replacement without any effort required on my part. I didn’t have to do a thing.
This level of customer service is truly outstanding. We’re already saying we can’t wait until we need a new mattress just to experience it again! Bedding is a significant investment, and it makes all the difference to work with a company that understands that and treats customers accordingly.
