“I’ve been renting with Enterprise for over a year now, and until recently my experience has been consistently positive. The staff have generally been welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Fernando and Pankaj—they’ve both been professional and accommodating.
However, my recent experiences under the new manager, Sharon, have been a bit disappointing. On multiple occasions, her approach has come across as standoffish and rude, which is a sharp contrast to the service I’ve been used to here.
I understand that demand is high and vehicle availability can be limited—that’s completely reasonable. What was not acceptable was the tone and manner of communication. When I asked about available car options, I was told availability was limited (fair enough). I also explained that I had arrived over an hour early to avoid long queues, and this was oddly used against me with a dismissive response (“since you are here early…”), which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Additionally, vehicle cleanliness has declined, which further added to the frustration. I wouldn’t normally complain, but the combination of poor communication, attitude, and cleanliness makes this worth mentioning.
I hope Enterprise addresses this, because the branch has historically been excellent and I’d like to continue renting here with the same positive experience I had before.”
