“I find less price here in most of the evenings. I've no idea about the gas quality. Has station has less space and only 4 pumps. One of the machine will not print receipts. First time, the staff came out to give the duplicate receipt. Then i had to go and ask. That's fine. I knew which one doesn't print now.”

“Amazing Experience at A&W Inside Petro Canada! Today, I went to buy a burger meal from the A&W located inside Petro Canada at 121 Kennedy Rd N, Brampton, ON. I was so happy and impressed with the customer service! The staff welcomed me with warm smiles and even gave me some coupons—which was such a nice surprise. In fact, it was the first time in my life that I’ve received a coupon like this, and it truly made my day! The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. I'm really happy and can confidently say this is now my favorite place. I won’t be going anywhere else for my burgers! Thank you, A&W and Petro Canada, for the great service and hospitality!”

“Came in with the most aggressive bird poop known to humanity stuck to my windshield. First wash got about 99% of it, but the remaining smudge was fighting for its life. Went inside and asked about it. No hassle, no debate, they immediately gave me another wash! Second round finished the job. Quick, easy, and great customer service. The bird lost and I won!”

“I am a regular customer of this location of Petro Canada and it would be very selfish of me not to express my gratitude to GSA Param for his continued excellent customer service. Param has all the qualities required for excellent customer service. He is very friendly, patience, knowledgeable, competent and very fast with customers. In addition to this, he is very responsible and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond his duties to ensure that all of his customers are satisfied. Rovan, I must commend you too. “I had a great experience at this Esso. Simran provided excellent customer service—she was friendly, polite, and professional. She greeted customers with a smile, answered questions patiently, and made the whole visit quick and pleasant. I noticed some unfair negative reviews, but based on my experience, they don’t reflect the service I received. Simran was respectful and helpful throughout. Great customer service like this deserves recognition. Keep up the good work!”

“Rating for customer service only ! I found the staff at the gas station very helpful . I had an issue with the car wash at another Petro Canada and they told me to go to another petro car wash . I came to this one and i didn’t get his name but the Indian guy with glasses, black hair, and a slight beard was very helpful with ensuring my car tires were properly aligned on the conveyor belt track so it would pull me through properly . I had no issues in the car wash and it came out very clean (premium/ advanced car wash).”

“I always have such a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The service is fantastic, and they truly go out of their way to make customers happy. When I asked for an Oreo Ice Cap with extra whipped cream, they made it perfectly—just the way I wanted! There’s another Tim Hortons nearby, but unfortunately, the service there doesn’t quite compare. One thing I really wish is that this location opened at 5 AM. I need to head out early for work, and when I visit the other Tim Hortons in the morning, they barely put any cream on my bagel with cream cheese. But this Tim Hortons always serves me much better, and I really appreciate that!”

“I had a fantastic experience at the Petro-Canada on Ebenezer Rd. The location is always clean, well-organized, and easy to access, but what really makes this place stand out is the manager. They are absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring toward both customers and staff. You can tell the manager takes pride in running a great store. They’re attentive, approachable, and go out of their way to make sure everyone leaves satisfied. That level of leadership really shows in how smoothly everything runs and how positive the atmosphere is. This Petro-Canada sets the standard for great customer service. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
