“My wife and I just purchased a stand up freezer from home depot.
We dealt with a gentleman in appliances Rick(Richard) nice man you could ask for. He is older then most of the staff but excellent customer service. If you need any appliance look for Rick(Richard) at the Brantford location.
Thanks for the awesome service Rick!!!”

“Smallest Winners I’ve been to nonetheless I found things I needed. Lovely Staff, very welcoming. There’s no washroom inside the store for this location. The washroom is the mall washroom”

“I had such a great experience thanks to Pavraj. He was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from the moment I came to the checkout. I had a few issues that needed to be sorted out, and he handled everything so calmly and confidently that it felt effortless. He took the time to explain things, made sure everything was taken care of, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.
What really stood out was his positive attitude. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely brightened my day with his kindness. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and Pavraj deserves recognition for the excellent experience he provides.
