When I decided to make the switch, it was because I was TIRED of dealing with EVERYRHING myself and family had dealt with. This pharmacy also has a walk in clinic, that also takes appointments. I couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! It’s been about 5 years of coming to this pharmacy and clinic, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The pharmacist (woman) goes above and beyond! The other staff are extremely diligent, and everyone here works so well as a team!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Honestly hands down best pharmacy/ clinic EVER!!!”

“Love this pharmacy! I used to live right around the corner so it was incredibly convenient in addition to having AMAZING staff, but I moved about 10 minutes away by car and its definitely not convenient anymore but I absolutely love this little shop and will continue to pick up my meds here till the end of time.
They have an app you can use to reorder meds without needing to call into the store, and that was an amazing quality of life upgrade for me personally because I often remember to place refills late at night when the store is closed. Now I can place the request at anytime and it will go through the next business day.
They always make sure I'm well informed about all my medications and how to use them, they even provide some tips & tricks to help with my struggle of swallowing medium/large pills.
Really recommend switching to this pharmacy if your regular one is a shoppers or walmart or even costco pharmacy because this pharmacy absolutely BLOWS them out of the water in every possible way.”

“I showed up to the pharmacy while attending a hockey tournament for my Grandson, on a Saturday. Vu, the Pharmacist and owner greeted us like family and gave us exactly what we needed to address my cold symptoms. We had great conversation and he even recommended several local restaurants to us. When uou have a chance to support a small business with a hardworking owner vs. going to a behemoth, the choice is easy. We felt great supporting the business and the hardworking and conscientious owner who did it all. I would travel well outside my way to support Vu.”

“First time picking up prescription ever, was a seamless process no issues and very quick. Got the prescription in super quick, no need to wait days to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was very sweet. I asked a question about the prescription, another employee showed up to answer but he was rather dismissive and just repeated the instructions of how to take it. Cool, I guess I'll ask the silly Reddit doctors instead.”

“IT’S A STRUGGLE as I’ve turned 65 and no longer have private insurance, and on a fixed income. I have easily transitioned over to the Ontario drug benefit plan, and I am realizing that although I am very grateful for this plan almost all of my prescription medications are not covered, and I would need to pay for them. The team at Beechwood Forest Pharmacy provide such personal and professional assistance, and go above and beyond the larger chain Pharmacy experience. The Pharmacy team Revie my personal records at my request and contacted me to discuss alternate medications which ARE covered by the Ontario Drug benefit plan, For prescriptions that I am currently taking AND Took the initiative to contact my doctor to get approval, which he always does. The Pharmacist Noha and Pharmacy Assistant Katie have taken The time to nurture a personal relationship with our family, making us feel like someone has our back as we navigate this new territory. I feel like they have created an environment where I have a Pharmacy team that is working behind the scenes making sure that every penny I spend is the least amount that I have to pay one way or another. I am sure that I am not so special that I am the only one experiencing such personal care, I am confident that every patron of Beechwood Pharmacy feels the same way because of the intimate conversations I have had with patrons who joined me while we wait a few minutes to get our medication. I am not one who posts Google reviews, But my experience has been and continues to Prove that this is not a one off experience, but how they actually operate day-to-day.
