“I went into this pharmacy for the first time looking for small sized hand sanitizers and they didn't have anything. So, while I was just browsing they ordered some for future purchases! I met the pharmacist Mahad and the store clerk Shiva and they were SO LOVELY to chat with. We talked about our favourite local small grocers and food markets in the area and how great they are and whilst doing that Shiva went to the back to find a couple small containers so that I could have hand sanitizer for my plane trip! So sick. They are the best pharmacy I have ever found in Kitchener since being born here. I highly recommend ditching any pharmacies associated with "big pharma" companies like shoppers or rexall and getting service and products from this place. 13/10 ? Thank You Shiva and Mahad”

“I have been going to this pharmacy since 2018, and I have no idea how I'll go to another one after this.Practically every staff member here is the nicest, most patient, and friendliest that you could ever possibly interact with at a pharmacy.Honestly, I'm sure they're probably fed up with me at this point, but no matter how busy they are, they always make the time to properly explain all my medications, answer any questions, and confirm that I understand how to proceed.I feel very taken care of, and I don't think people really acknowledge the role pharmacists play in our healthcare system. The diagnosis might be from the doctor, but the treatments are often the responsibility of the pharmacist. If you can't trust your pharmacist, you're going to face a lot of issues.I really admire the way this pharmacy is run, the way they interact with patients, and the dedication they have to patient care.∞/5”

“I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 4 years. Sarkis and Faz are precise, efficient and knowledgeable. During a recent trip to the UAE, they helped me by sending a letter required by the Health Ministry within an hour of requesting it. My GP was supposed to provide it but let me down. No charge for that service. My daughter arrived from the UK for Christmas and had a minor medical emergency that Sarkis was able to address and prescribe medication for. It saved her hours from not having to go to the hospital ❣️. In addition to the long hours these two put in, they always have a smile on their face. My only regret is not posting a review much sooner.”
