“This pharmacy was the best decision I made when it comes to pharmacies. I had used shoppers drug mart my whole life! When I decided to make the switch, it was because I was TIRED of dealing with EVERYRHING myself and family had dealt with. This pharmacy also has a walk in clinic, that also takes appointments. I couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! It’s been about 5 years of coming to this pharmacy and clinic, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The pharmacist (woman) goes above and beyond! The other staff are extremely diligent, and everyone here works so well as a team!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Honestly hands down best pharmacy/ clinic EVER!!!”

“From start to finish I had great service from both Margaret and Brenda.
After getting improperly measured for compression stockings elsewhere, and getting poor service/support regarding my replacement rollator, I remembered and reached out to Preston Medical Pharmacy.
Margaret answered my call, was able to respond to many of my questions and was willing to look into options for my specific issues and allergies.
I was scheduled for an appt, they were flexible, knowledgeable and I have properly fitting compression stockings as the result. She even had me come for an appt to make sure I knew how to work with them and care for them.
Brenda worked with vendors, the OT, insurance and handled all the details for my replacement mobility device and I now have an appropriate rollator to manage my errands and necessities with.
I will definitely be back with future needs and can happily refer them with 5 star rating.

“I cannot express my gratitude for the care and consideration the Pharmacist (Johnathon). There had been historical issues with respect to HRT medication being back ordered at the supplier and my PCP’s discomfort with alternative treatments, which is in no way the fault of the pharmacy. When I went to pick it up and was informed it was again on back order, I was tearful and discouraged, but he was kind, suggested solutions and alternatives that could help avoid this moving forward and provide more consistent and reliable care. Within 24hrs there was a resolution and a follow up directly. As someone struggling with the lack of resources and support for women’s health, specifically perimenopause/HRT, I am so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and willingness to help. Thank you 🙏”

“Safety alert:: ( Cosmetics)
I always appreciate coming to this Walmart because the shelves are well-stocked, the prices are great, and the team works hard to keep everything clean! However, I wanted to leave some constructive feedback regarding the current setup in the cosmetics department, as it is becoming a major safety issue.
Lately, large rolling dump bins and heavy floor displays have been placed right at the ends of the aisles and directly in the middle of main intersections. While I love a good bargain, blocking and narrowing these main walkways is actually against the law and a direct violation of fire safety standards. These main paths are required by law to stay completely clear so that shoppers, parents with strollers, individuals using mobility devices, and employees can move freely—especially if everyone needed to evacuate quickly in an emergency.
I love shopping here and want to keep supporting this location, but store leadership really needs to rethink this layout.
Moving these bins out of the main traffic paths will make the department much easier to shop in and, most importantly, keep everyone safe and compliant with local safety codes!”
