“I cannot express my gratitude for the care and consideration the Pharmacist (Johnathon). There had been historical issues with respect to HRT medication being back ordered at the supplier and my PCP’s discomfort with alternative treatments, which is in no way the fault of the pharmacy. When I went to pick it up and was informed it was again on back order, I was tearful and discouraged, but he was kind, suggested solutions and alternatives that could help avoid this moving forward and provide more consistent and reliable care. Within 24hrs there was a resolution and a follow up directly. As someone struggling with the lack of resources and support for women’s health, specifically perimenopause/HRT, I am so grateful for his knowledge, kindness and willingness to help. Thank you 🙏”

“A young man in dairy named Colin (we asked him his name) was beyond helpful. He dropped what he was doing to help us. Very polite and looked in the back for the product we wanted. He apologized that there was none but suggested a similar product which we bought. We frequent this store in Cambridge at least twice a week. Most employees are not like this young man. He needs to be recognized for his expert customer service!!!”

“This pharmacy was the best decision I made when it comes to pharmacies. I had used shoppers drug mart my whole life! When I decided to make the switch, it was because I was TIRED of dealing with EVERYRHING myself and family had dealt with. This pharmacy also has a walk in clinic, that also takes appointments. I couldn’t have asked for a better place!!! It’s been about 5 years of coming to this pharmacy and clinic, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! The pharmacist (woman) goes above and beyond! The other staff are extremely diligent, and everyone here works so well as a team!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would! Honestly hands down best pharmacy/ clinic EVER!!!”
