“First time picking up prescription ever, was a seamless process no issues and very quick. Got the prescription in super quick, no need to wait days to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was very sweet. I asked a question about the prescription, another employee showed up to answer but he was rather dismissive and just repeated the instructions of how to take it. Cool, I guess I'll ask the silly Reddit doctors instead.”

“The staff here was very friendly! I went with my cousin sister as she needed some medication. We are first-year international students and we felt so heard and supported. Silvia, the pharmacist, was extremely patient and helpful. She answered all of our questions with care and made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, we did not have the same positive experience at the walk-in clinic beside the pharmacy, but the pharmacy staff truly stood out for their kindness and professionalism.”
“All time favourite pharmacy right here! I’ve been on medications almost my whole life, which means I’ve been to lots of pharmacies throughout the years — I started going here when I started university and lived in residence because it was convenient, but this has been my pharmacy for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t even think of switching. I don’t live nearby anymore and there’s a different, chain pharmacy directly across the street from me now, but as long as I’m in the area, University Pharmacy is where I’ll always choose to go. The staff are incredible — super personable, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful and are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. They get to know us personally and are extremely solution-oriented, proactive and go the extra mile to assist, especially when I have issues or hiccups with my medications or prescriptions. They take the time to provide the best care and it shows through the personal relationships they build with us. I’ve been to lots of pharmacies that make constant blunders, making it difficult to trust them, and I’d worry about picking up my medications every time I’d have to go in. Here, they take care of all the heavy lifting and I never have to worry about the fate of my prescriptions. I’ve never felt anxiety about going in and never have I worried about my medications not being ready or having some major issue where I can't fill it and I’m stuck meds-less — I love this pharmacy and can attest to the quality of the staff and their care. “Coming from a big name pharmacy, I am so grateful to be a customer here. The entire staff, and especially Vivian, Anna, and Laura are so knowledgeable and professional. I have brought regular and personal issues to them and have helped me through very difficult times. They contact my doctor directly if needed and follow up. Their knowledge of nutrition is unmatched and give excellent advice to alternative treatments rather than just hand over prescriptions. Both my wife and I come here and is very family oriented. Why be just a number at a big name pharmacy when you are treated as a family member at North Park.”

Can't say I'm happy with this pharmacy except for the fact it's next to my house.
They messed up dates in the claim, and I can't use my insurance.
Another time they couldn't claim some meds, but another pharmacy had and have no issue with it.
I recommend computer literacy courses.”

“I was in a dire predicament. My hands were raw from cleaning products. My hands were cracked, itchy, painful and were raw and red. I asked Kiran (Pharmacist) if he could suggest something as I was in so much pain. He was very attentive and sympathetic. He provided a sample of a wonderful ointment and suggested I wear gloves for the night with the ointment on. My hands felt to much better, there was no pain and no itching. I wore gloves the next day with the ointment on again and within the 2 days my hands had made an amazing recovery. I'm so glad that I spoke with Kiran as he is very caring and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a container of it as I don't want to go through this again. Thank You so much Kiran!”
