“Have been using Jeff for over a year now after moving to the area. Cannot say enough good things! If you are looking for honesty, quality work at a more than fair price then this is the place. Just recently I showed up at 4:30pm with a horrendous squealing sound coming from my front wheel...I assumed it was a wheel bearing. Even though Jeff was literally getting ready to close up for his vacation he brought my truck in as he new I was also going on vacation and needed to tow my trailer. Luckily it was just a stone stuck in the brake caliper. Any other shop I would have had to leave the truck...probably been lied to and told I needed a wheel bearing or some other nonsense like it needed cleaning...lubrication etc. Jeff had me in and out within 30 minutes no charge no parts needed. He is honest...knowledgeable and he cares...good old fashioned Canadian morals. Thanks Jeff!”

“After being jerked around by numerous other mechanics and the dealership, I decided to give this shop a try because I wasn’t being listened to when I asked for a full inspection of my car that has been nothing but problems - not only did these guys listen to me, they were able to list several things that need maintenance, but aren’t as extreme as what I was being led to believe. They got me in quickly and did a THOROUGH check over, giving me a detailed list of what would need to be addressed, but also giving me peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive, on top of stellar customer service!

“I just called to get a quote on tires. Once they gave me the quote for tires they quoted me on work that needs to be done to my vehicle. Not only was Matt pleasant and helpful, but he quoted me $1000.00 less than Canadian tire and offered me a courtesy car while they do the work. While it was on the hoist they called me to tell me some of the work Canadian Tore quoted me did not need to be done because the parts were absolutely fine and they could have lied to me the same way Canadian Tire did! I had them do some other work that was not agreed upon initially, and they were amazing!!! Still saved me over $1000 !!!!!! Highly recommend the Midas in Brockville, very nice and knowledgeable staff and great service!”

“My husband and I have been having our vehicles undercoated at the Krown in Brockville, Ontario for several years. We have always had great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. On our last visit the manager, Dean noticed a broken leaf spring on our used Nissan pickup truck that we had just purchased. Fortunately it was covered under warranty and was repaired within a few days. Dean also offered us to come back for a touchup after the new part was installed. Krown went beyond the call of duty, saved us from potential disaster and we recommend them highly.”
“about a year ago i called them to ask if they could just tie up my tail pipe so i could at least get home. they told md to come in and they tied it up and i got home without sparks flying lol. still tied up today and going strong. ? did i mention they did it for free and also gave me a great quote for fixing my muffler.”
