“GT is a great store the staff are wonderful and never make you feel like you are interrupting them from their job when asking for help. ( unlike the box stores near the 401) the prices are not to rich for the medium class to afford.. I also would like to point out to everyone that GT still does the price match on items they are one of the very few left who still do it and I am thankful that they still want to help keep the customer happy and keeping the items at the lowest price they are able to or to not just match any other store price but to drop it a cent lower as well. The ONLY issue that I have with GT is that they changed their hours on Sat and now are closed by 6PM and that sucks...”

“Stopped into this Winners and was really impressed by the selection. This location felt much bigger than what we’re used to in Montreal and had a lot of items you don’t typically see back home.

There were plenty of high-end products at great prices, especially in the skincare section lots of good brands and solid deals. Easy to browse, well stocked, and definitely a great stop if you’re looking for value or something different.

Would absolutely pop in again if I’m in the area.”

“I visited the store yesterday and I have not seen any Walmart more cleaner than this one in Ontario and US. Things were placed in correct spots and throughout cleaning could be seen. I wish we can see similar things in GTA.”

“I ended up asking for help here as the Canadian Tire in Smiths Falls let me down. Their mechanic didn't show up, call in, or answer their phone call from the store for my or anyone else's appointment today. Probably skipping out for the long weekend. So I was going to lose my car for three more days for a half hour repair. I called, every shop I could find, no help, then I called Brockville CTC, forty minutes away and was pleased to get a same day appointment later in the afternoon. Amazing. Smiths Falls didn't even bother to unlock the door for parts and service, an hour after they were open, sad. On arrival I was greeted, the person knew of my needs, they started my job on time and the bill was as quoted... What more can you ask for? Especially after another location has dropped the ball SO badly. Great repair, great price and great staff. And I know service, I was a service manager for 50 years and a mechanic for 56 years. Retired now. Great service guys!”
