“Brian at GoodCarsOnly was amazing! He was helpful from the very start — not pushy at all, super friendly, and even lent us a car for a full day while they were safetied ours. The price was great for an excellent vehicle, no complaints at all.
We also had a code pop up after purchase. I called Brian and he took the car back the same day to fix it, and even provided a loaner so I could still get to work. The staff and owner are incredible, and their integrity really shows.

“I was recently in a car collision in burlington , and the police called global tech collision for a flat bed for my tesla vehicle. Yousuf was very helpful and kind.Despite the chaos of a collision. He allowed me to sit in his warm truck whilst he put my car on the tow. It was very cold outside , so that was appreciated. Giving it one star less due to the company only taking cash, I would've rather used credit card for this transaction.”

I would especially like to thank Matt. He is incredibly friendly and patient. As someone whose English is not very strong and who knows nothing about cars, I was quite stressed at first. I had one of the scariest moments of my life on the road today. I was driving from Oakville when I suddenly realized my tire had gone completely flat — on the freeway, with cars flying past me, honking and pointing at the wheel. I knew it was dangerous, but there was nowhere safe to stop, so I kept going slowly until I could get off at Waterdown Street and Plains Road in Burlington.
I pulled into the gas station hoping to fill the tire, but the air just wouldn’t go in. Panic kicked in. I was stranded, unsure what to do, and honestly just praying for a solution.
And then, by the grace of God, I looked around… and there it was: Jerry’s Automotive.
I walked in and met the man in charge — an incredibly kind soul, even though he was clearly busy working on other vehicles. He didn’t hesitate for even a second. He just looked at me and said, “Don’t worry. I’ve got your back. Bring your van over.”
The moment I pulled up, he literally stopped everything he was doing, came straight to my vehicle, and fixed my tire completely. No attitude, no delay, no excuses — just pure kindness and skill. In that moment, he wasn’t just a mechanic… he was an angel sent to help a stranger in need.
It’s rare to meet people like this anymore — honest, genuine, and willing to help without thinking twice. His service was fast, fair, and honestly above and beyond anything I expected.
If I could give this man 10 stars, I wouldn’t hesitate.

“Dropped my car off at 8am in the morning for an oil change and they finished it before 9am. I was recommended to come here by a couple of people that work around the area. Terry was very friendly and the oil change came out to $80 so average price I'd say. Overall a good experience. Will come back in the future”

“This auto shop has become the only one that I'll trust with my car. A firm believer in long term business relationships, they do not overcharge or oversell services or repairs. They are also incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. As a woman, finding a shop can be difficult and anxiety inducing, but I find myself feeling very safe doing business here. They have done both minor and major repairs to my car, and not once have they tried to sell me something that wasn't needed. In fact, they have told me flat out when other shops were over quoting me for work that doesn't need to be done and/or when the service could be done for cheaper. I'm really thankful for this shop and 1000% recommend taking your car here.”
