“I have constantly been in and out of Home Depot purchasing all types of products to renovate my home. The honest, experienced and friendly service is truly amazing! There are a lot of great people there but first id like to mention Mehdi.
He is truly such a great help everytime! He is always on the front lines with me helping me and my team promptly get us the products we need and has extensive product knowledge so it speeds up all the processes.. Such a great help. The 2nd person id like to mention is Maryam. She is also another amazing person that has helped me many many times with many issues. She helped with invoicing, technical issues, products, returns and more. She quickly learned new situations and issues that needed to be addressed to the Home Depot team so things like this won't happen to their customers in the future.
Rob, Ricky, Maria V, Maria L, Wink, Kevin, Kamran, Andrew, Sahil, Gurpreet, Adam and some names i cant remember. All the ladies at cutomer service.. All these people have done great a great job and I really appreciate it. Thank you all!”

“We brought our vehicle in regarding engine issues and Jeff the Service Manager informed us of a Engine recall on Hyundai and Kia vehicles. Hyundai ended putting a new engine in at n/c. If it wasn't for Jeff we wouldn't have known this and we would have to pay for a new engine. Thanks again Jeff.”

“Just spent over 1k in the store but still not getting shopping bags to pack my stuff… It’s not about the 1 CAD that a reusable bag costs after spending 1000 CAD… It’s a matter of principle. I get that to save the environment and I do agree. But people are not spending (I guess) a thousand dollars every day so maybe it would be great to have a minimum spend threshold for customers where above that they get decent service with shopping bags. Also, it would be great to get at least a 5 or 10 percent discount as this amount would make me feel like coming back and spending here again. 4 stars because of the selection. It was great honestly.”

“I want to specifically recognize and defend the staff at this Winners location. Today the store was extremely busy, and despite that, all available cash registers were open and employees were working efficiently, calmly, and professionally.
It was disappointing to witness a customer directing frustration at staff who were clearly doing everything possible. The team handled the situation with patience and respect. Customers should remember that employees are people, not targets for misplaced anger.

“Five Star Rating for the Store, but only a One Star Rating for this: No!! I have just read that the Giant Tiger on Guelph Line will be closing in early March 2026. Sooo sad. Although I do not live close to this location, I tend to pop in when we happen to be in the area. Other locations are much smaller with too much stock that one cannot easily see everything or find sizes etc. I had noticed that the stock at the GL location was starting to dwindle to the point of wondering if they could ship some over from other locations. * sigh * Dang... I hope other regulars find out about the closure soon and not the hard way. :-(”

“The Auto Service team did an exceptional job today on installing my new tires and my alignment. Excellent customer service at the front desk with the manager and his team. Everyone was professional and talked me through each step and reviewed the invoice ensuring I understood everything. They were completed on time and called me when the work was done right away. “I have never done a review for a pharmacy before, but feel compelled to do so for the excellent service by the staff. I did a walk-in asking if they could do a flu vaccination for our family. They were incredibly helpful, and patient with me as I tracked down my family in Walmart, all through the paperwork (and tracking down health card numbers). The pharmacist was friendly and sorted us out. I would come here again.”

“Awesome mall - upper-scale, clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.Parking is a little bit of an issue, but not too bad. I would not recommending coming here in the month of December, though - there simply aren't enough spaces to accommodate the volume of traffic for Christmas shopping.”

She even helped me set up the device and ensured I had all the necessary accessories.
