“I highly recommend that everyone visit this home hardware location. The staff have always been friendly, but today they went above and beyond. When I discovered that a drawer pull would not accommodate a standard-sized screw, one of their very kind employees offered to help by increasing the diameter of the holes in the drawer pull in order to accommodate a standard size screw. I know I would not have gotten this willingness to help anywhere else. Not only was this gentleman, especially helpful, but it didn’t take long for one of the other lovely employees to chat to me and before you know if the three of us and another customer developed a memorable conversation. I just moved to the area six months ago and after shopping here today, I feel like part of the community. Thank you very much for all your help today. I will definitely be back.”
