When I discovered that a drawer pull would not accommodate a standard-sized screw, one of their very kind employees offered to help by increasing the diameter of the holes in the drawer pull in order to accommodate a standard size screw. I know I would not have gotten this willingness to help anywhere else. Not only was this gentleman, especially helpful, but it didn’t take long for one of the other lovely employees to chat to me and before you know if the three of us and another customer developed a memorable conversation.
