I met Hong who greeted me with the biggest, warmest smile - not the reception I was expecting for arriving so close to closing. I had issues with my package - the delivery address wasn't being accepted in their computer. I told Hong numerous times that I will just come back tomorrow; as I didnt want her to stay late, just for me - she warmly said no, you are here, let's figure it out. And she did...15 mins later she figured it out and prepared it for shipping. Hong provided the best customer service experience I've ever had at FedEx . She is not only friendly, funny and kind - but is fantastic at her job and managing to troubleshoot my issue. FedEx should be very grateful for such an incredible team member.
