“Conveniently located just down my street; I pop in regularly for snacks, often while waiting for Laca Pizza. Friendly service. Marked on Google as Joe Mac but signage is Big Bear.”

“I submitted a claim to FedEx regarding the delivery of my parcel and how it was left unattended on the doorstep of a high traffic area. 24 hrs later, I received 2 responses from FedEx agents apologizing for the oversight of the delivery and that my claim would be considered for full refund as a professional courtesy. 2 days later, a FedEx manager telephoned me to apologize and explain that due to covid, FedEx couriers were following specific protocols and that signatures could not be obtained upon receipt of delivery. The next day, I was notified by FedEx that full refund was approved. This incident does not at all sway my trust in FedEx. The FedEx staff were accommodating, sincere and friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend FedEx!”
