“First time here and won't be the last! Wanted to try some cushioned walking shoes of different brands, this place has the variety of all the top contenders, but you need someone like Gordon to make the selection process easier and correct for you. Gordon is knowledgeable and patient and helped me get the shoes that worked for me (after multiple tries). There was not pushiness or upselling, just making sure you get what you are looking for and need. You'd think prices would be a bit high since its a specialty store but the prices are the same as any other big box or online. Would highly recommend purchasing shoes here. They have a selection of other shoe and sport related items of course, but if you need to try shoes on or need help finding a shoe to fit your own needs, then this is the place to go! Happy with my purchase!”
“Amazing service!!! We arrived in Burlington after a couple hour drive when I discovered I forgot my garment bag with the clothing for a special dinner that evening. We drove directly to Scriveners and within an hour David outfitted me with a jacket, pants and shirt. Most impressively, we returned a short time later to pick up everything - alterations were done and the shirt was freshly pressed. Thank you for bailing me out, David!”

“A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.”
“This is my favorite store for shoes. They carry high quality, unique, very comfortable shoes from Europe. These are shoes that you can impress with, enjoy hours of comfort walking and keep for years as the quality is remarkable. The staff is lovely, helpful and very friendly. “Every time I go into Clark’s I never have a bad experience. The staff are helpful and the manager David is always willing to share his knowledge. I used to wear Nike running shoes but have found Clark’s running shoes are more comfortable and fit my orthotics. So happy with the service I receive.”

“I get a pair of slippers from here every year. They are the best. This year's however starting shedding and falling apart. I contacted head office. Not looking for anything, just a heads up about the ones I got. They informed me they have a one year warranty and to return them to the store. I brought them in today and the girl was so nice! I am always embarrassed doing returns, but she was awesome. Replaced them on the spot for me. Great customer service”
