“Montana went above and beyond for me. I live about an hour away and they had a pair of shoes in stock that was on sale at this location, and they were able to hold it while I traveled there. On top of that he showed me a couple other pairs in styles I loved and I left with all three. Very impressed with the customer service at this location. Will travel just to deal with them. “The staff at Tootsie's are always very helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes as a gift for my sister-in-law in April. With her busy schedule, and she lives out of town, it was a few months before she was able to return the shoes because they didn't fit properly. She did not have a receipt but the staff gladly exchanged the shoes for her and stated that they just wanted our customers to be happy. Kudos to Tootsie's!”

“This store has a lot of great finds! From clothes to wallets to beautiful embroidered tea towels to shoes etc etc etc. Canadian made stuff too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I visited today and they only one left of the item i wanted and it was part of their window display. They had no problem getting it out for me. This is a fun store to check out and browse around in. Lots of nice gift items!”
“I might be the longest patient they have had I started seeing them in 1996!ISo, I think that says how good they are. My shoes are orthotics with a lift and they get it right or make it right every time. I don't know what I would do without them. They would be very hard to replace.”

He took the time to really listen to my dad and what he needs in a shoe, then offered several suggestions and found a perfect shoe for him. “Went to Champs in Lime Ridge Mall looking for shoes i saw online on sale but they didn't have any in my size. So I looked around and ask the young man there to try on 2 different pairs of my regular size and one a half size smaller because it was the only size left of the ones on sale...and that fit great...sold
I've been there a few times for my shoes and I always seem to end up going back because they have good deals and are friendly and easy to deal with.

“Apart from the fact that I love the shoes I bought, I had a wonderful experience with the store staff.
I lost an expensive item in the store and was resigned I’d never see it again. I was absolutely amazed to get a phone call later that day to say my lost item has been found and was set aside for me to pick up.
