“I had my Jeep Cherokee in to replace the back bumper after a car accident. I'm slowly discovering the extra service they threw in at no cost. First, they definitely cleaned the interior of my car. All those accumulated spills of coffee on the center console and door, crumbs, dust, cat hair? Gone. Second, I'll admit, I don't often wash the exterior of my car, which is white. There's never any major dirt on the car as I don't drive it a lot, but there has been a steady increase of greenish residue around the doors and handles and such that I've kept meaning to take care of and haven't gotten around to. Gone. They've cleaned it all up. Third, my tire pressure lights have been coming on as the temperature drops. This is a seasonal thing that I expect and largely ignore. Taken care of. Fourth, I think they fixed a problem that even the Jeep dealership said couldn't fix. My rear camera is finicky. Sometimes it's clear, sometimes it's fuzzy and you can't see a damn thing. It all depends on how you slam the trunk door. The Jeep mechanics said they'd have to replace the touchscreen in the car to fix the problem, which didn't make sense, because it's obviously some loose wiring if it depends on how you slam your trunk door. But, it's fixed now.
So, not only did Fix Auto do the work to fix my car from the car accident but they managed to return my car in BETTER condition than it was before the car accident.
I HIGHLY recommend them for auto repairs. I'm really impressed with their speed (about 4 days) and quality of repair, but they really went out of their way to deliver extra service.
