“I brought my “as is” car that I just bought for safety inspection. Dave and the crew gave an honest review regarding how my car looks like after they raised it up. He stopped inspecting the moment he knew that my car is not good anymore and gave me advices that were really helpful. I left Master Mechanic educated and without a dollar spent because of their honesty . I even offered them something because of the amount of time they spent to educate me and check the car but he respectfully turned declined. No other mechanics would do that, only Master mechanic. “Altruck Cambridge is by far the most reliable and caring service center for trucks. Armour Alloys Inc. have different models of Class 8 heavy Trucks in our small fleet, including trucks under warranty, nevertheless we service all of our trucks with this dealership because of the response time and service quality.Service at the KW dealership which is the brand we purchased last is a wait of several days. Small fleets cannot have trucks out of service for days on end and we turned to Altruck for help and despite our units not being their brand, the service we receive is outstanding and immediate. They understand the cost of down time and their service is geared to getting customers back on the road. Shout out to their Service Manager Jaspal Kumar for running an excellent service Dept.”

“Was my first time and I did not have expectations. My car had issues with vibration that the dealership did not figure out whats wrong with it, they tried balancing, they claimed to do allignment, etc. I called and came in same-day, 1 hour later their mechanic showed me the issued, did the fix, and the car is all good again ! Literally this took 2 months to figure out between tire shop and dealership. Definitely recommend !”

“I recently had my alternator replaced at Klotz auto. A week later my truck broke down. I had it towed back to Klotz and they found that the alternator they installed was incorrect. They owned the mistake and installed the correct part without charge. This was a total surprise to me as, generally speaking, most mechanics aren't that honest. Needless to say, I believe I have found the RIGHT mechanics to perform any future work on any of my vehicles. I would strongly recommend Klotz auto to anyone indeed of repairs to their vehicle.”
