“I had an issue with my credit card and was a bit frustrating as Visa said I had to get the bank to call them and bank said I needed to call. I dealt with, I believe her name was Penny She was a in travel before becoming a teller. She did an amazing job handling my issue. It was concerning to see how rude customers are to the tellers. With fraudsters on the rise people were being asked the easiest of questions to maintain their security and took great offence. One customer threw his card at the teller.”
“We walked in to the branch today to open an account and Brad the bank manager attended to us swiftly. He was so patient, he went through all the necessary information, discussed options best for myself and my family as well as the possible investments available and he answered all our questions.
