I dealt with, I believe her name was Penny She was a in travel before becoming a teller. She did an amazing job handling my issue. It was concerning to see how rude customers are to the tellers. With fraudsters on the rise people were being asked the easiest of questions to maintain their security and took great offence. One customer threw his card at the teller.”
