“Picking up was easy. The sales associate was very nice. My only complaint is i never get a notification when my order is in. I have on my profile, my cell number and email address. I have to always call into the store and ask if it's there. It's the same with Ricki's.”

“Honestly I love this store. I've been shopping here for the last couple of years for my kids. Prices are great when everything's on sale because who doesn't love to get a deal! My only complaint would be to have more of a selection on the kids sizes and Medium as this size seems to be gone most of the time.In overall it's best store to get good quality stuff and reasonable priced comparing to other stores.”

That’s the reason I feel compelled to share positive feedback for the entire staff at BR in Cambridge.A few moments after I walked in, and not in the usual Gap-style annoying way, Stephen approached and politely asked if there was anything he could do to help, and when I shared what I was coming in to look for, immediately pointed out the areas where I could find what I’d come in to buy.When he noticed that I was looking at a particular pair of pants, he let me know a little about them and made a few other suggestions of other styles that I might want to check out. After I had accumulated an armful of clothes, he walked over and asked if he could start a change room for me.The rest of the staff mirrored his approach… casual, helpful and friendly, but not constantly in-your-face.When a shirt didn't have the exact fit I liked, Stephen immediately recommended a different one, which was perfect. This sort of interaction happened multiple times.I could go on-and-on, but I’ll instead finish up by saying that this was a stellar shopping experience from start to finish… and for someone who genuinely despises clothes shopping, I would say that is extremely high praise. Thanks to Stephen and the whole team.”
“Good store with lots of variety in men's and women's. The prices are high and the staff is very rude not all of them but some. Last year the shop was very well organised but this year it was all a mess they don't have enough staff to help I think”

“The staff is a bit younger here, and isn’t always as professional. All items are final sale, other then exchange. However, It has a great selection of clothes at a very good price. I’d recommend anyone see every now and again what this place can offer. Has a kids, men’s and woman’s section. Varying from shoes, formal, informal and miscellaneous selections.”
“I bought some clothes from this shop station. I got introduced to one of their employees named Zachary B. He was so nice, sweet and provided an excellent service. Thank him. However, there were also two girls and they were so rude. Please teach them how to communicate with customers. We felt they were discriminating against us.”
