“Picking up was easy. The sales associate was very nice. My only complaint is i never get a notification when my order is in. I have on my profile, my cell number and email address. I have to always call into the store and ask if it's there. It's the same with Ricki's.”

Had a great shopping experience at Gap Factory, and a big part of that was thanks to Simmi at the cashier counter. She provided exceptional customer service — very courteous, patient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She took the time to explain the promotions clearly, was efficient during checkout, and made the whole experience feel welcoming rather than rushed. Customer service like this really makes a difference.
The store itself was well organized, clean, and easy to browse, which made shopping stress-free. On top of that, the pricing was very good, with solid deals and discounts that actually felt worthwhile. It was easy to find quality items at reasonable prices.
Overall, a very positive experience. Kudos to Simmi for her professionalism and friendly attitude — she’s a real asset to the store. Will definitely”

“I went into the store today shopping for my son (who usually hates shopping) and had the BEST experience. The employees were all dressed in Halloween outfits, super upbeat, and even gave out stickers that totally changed my son’s mood. The girl with brown hair dressed as Frankenstein was amazing, so friendly, patient, and made us feel really welcome. The whole atmosphere was festive and fun, and for once my son actually enjoyed shopping. Hands down one of the most positive store visits I’ve ever had!”

The store is well organized given the amount of customers that just leave things wherever they changed their mind about it, it's fairly clean and easy to navigate through it with a stroller.”
“Went there to get my boots and some other stuff before that. On clearance is decent. Some prices are crazy for the HH products but there are alternatives.
I got my HH coveralls there for I think $60 on sale that was a good deal.
My boots are Dakota and I went up to size 13 and they are incredibly comfortable. Best boots I have ever owned.”

“Beautiful place, clean and modern with a wonderful pond view. The music by the Zodiac Thriller ( vinil historian) was amazing. It gets you back in time. Relaxing and enjoyable.

“Had to purchase some semi-casual clothes. Couldn't find much as it had been picked over. It was very crowded when I was here. Clothes were on the floor, off the hangers, mixed in with other stuff. Not many staff members attend to the high volume of customers. Change rooms had a huge lineup. Only 2 cashiers were working? If you have more than 50 customers in the store, all registers should be open.
Prices are average, and clothing is last seasons style.”
