“My husband brought in our RAM with a tail light hanging out and thought it may be related to a 2 year old repair. However, when they pulled the light out, we saw all connections were broken. Someone hit our truck light so it wasn’t from the repair. Even still, the folks at Pete’s took the truck in and did a repair to get him back on the road. My husband was not charged for this which was so kind and amazing. He highly recommends Pete’s Auto Body!”

“A friend recommended me this garage. I am glad I took his word. These guys are awesome they were able to take my civic in and safety done in the same day as well. Saved me alot of time and effort of running around trying to make everything work. Great honest team of people at this garage. A few days after the safety the car had a hiccup with the muffler they were able to fix it up for me. I will be coming back to this garage when this civic needs some work in the future. “This was my first time here, I needed a transmission oil change but I have a CVT transmission, so already knew it was going to be a little different than a normal transmission. Before I made the appt, Dylan took the time to investigate if it needed to be OEM oil or not, I did too, for a few reasons, I did not know these guys and want to make sure they weren't just trying to make a quick buck of a girl (no offence guys!). I've had a few mechanics recently not be quite as honest as they should be and this girl also likes to know/understand her vehicle. Once he called me back to give me the information he learned, it was exactly what I had learned too. (Honesty, so rare now a days) All the guys I encountered during my appt were friendly and kind. They also notified me of a repair that needs to be addressed but did not at all try to force me to have it fixed right then. Very much appreciate that! Thanks guys!!”
“I'm fairly new to the area, and finding a new mechanic can be stressful--but so far, I'm very glad I chose this shop. I hired Sound Auto Care to inspect and repair my brakes in 2024. They booked me in quickly and got the job done. Unfortunately, the new brakes started squeaking almost right away. When I called to complain, they booked me back in right away, and fixed the issue immediately. My brakes have been great ever since, and I have recently returned for additional maintenance work. I appreciate their prompt responses and availability, and their professional demeanor. I will be returning again next time my truck needs anything. Thanks guys.”

“This review is a sum of the 3 times I have visited (and a little overdue), but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Georgian Bay Motors. I had both my VW Jetta and Honda Pilot in for timing belt replacements. Prior to that, had the dual mass flywheel replaced on the Jetta. The service was top notch.
Chris (I think that was his name), the tech who worked on my vehicles, did an excellent job. Everything was completed efficiently, and both vehicles were returned in great condition. I was a little skeptical on how the work on the Pilot would turn out since they specialize in German vehicles. Tried to do my best to get him all the necessary components/tools to set them up for success, and they did not disappoint. The pricing was more than fair, and the turnaround time was solid. I also appreciated the clear communication and smooth delivery of the finished work.
Highly recommend Georgian Bay Motors — especially if you get the chance to work with Chris and his team. Honest, skilled, reliable and friendly service all around. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!”

Their van broke down right as my dad was going away for a couple of weeks and my mom who is in her 80’s was left worried and without a vehicle. Scott has gone above and beyond to ensure it is fixed properly and took the time to check on my mom even on his day off to make sure all was well. “We had an amazing experience at your dealership.All of your dealerships staff was extremely polite and helpful when ever we were there. It was clean and comfortable, simple things like clean washrooms and free coffee are nice touches. We loved the customer experiences that were provided by Kelly (sales) Jennifer (financing), and Jacob (parts). Anytime we spoke or had questions, it felt like we were the only customer they had at that time. We always had their complete attention.Kelly went above and beyond to make himself available for follow-up questions and concerns with our purchase. We have not experienced that type of open communication in purchasing a vehicle before, it was great. We are (unfortunately for Kelly) very detail oriented and fussy customers. However, we never once felt he was frustrated or annoyed with us. We work hard for our money and we want to spend it properly. We truly feel he helped us achieve that, A+.Jennifer was patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about our the financing. We are very particular fiscally and she was able to satisfy each concern we had quickly. To top it all off she even got us a better interest rate without us asking. That truly shows she had our interests on her mind.Jacob was great to work with. When we came to obstacles with customization completion he was quick to suggest solutions.As a final touch on a Saturday pickup - the manager Corey Feenstra had a meet and greet with us to ensure all went well. A great experience and we will make another purchase in the future.”

Paul and his team are great guys! Absalute Tire was the ONLY place in town that was able to order in the specific tires that I wanted for my Honda Passport. Not only that, they were also a lower price! It was nice to support a Canadian small business, rather than going to Canadian Tire, WalMart or another big box store.
My new tires arrived in no time - and were on my vehicle within a few days. The installation was quick (I waited at the shop for this). Paul was great about answering any questions that I had.

Got the CV joint of my FJ Cruiser replaced here. They also pointed out a potential problem to me (one of the struts is a slightly bent), and gave me a quote on that particular part and the labour for future considerations. Highly recommended”
