“Cobourg Metro Pharmacy has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE over five Pharmacies I have shopped in, Including one major pharmacy in Ontario. Pharmacist DR.ZHENG QUAN is friendly, very informative and always giving exceptional customer service. I like the convenience of dropping off prescription and getting it filled awhile I do my shopping.

for his phone call, that he finally received okay from my doctor for a repeat on my daily medication and that he is going to fill it right away, so I can pick it up before the major snow storm hits.

Thank you NICOLE, for your good advise in purchase of Blood Pressure monitor. I tried to shop in another major pharmacy, but I did not get help or answers for my questions. Since I am already very happy customer with Metro Pharmacy, I decided to check with Metro Pharmacy. “I stopped in to buy fresh cut flowers for my granddaughter’s graduation. Lorraine at the check out couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! She not only took the time to remove the price tag but also used paper towel and water to ensure the flowers would stay fresh until graduation time.
