He was very patient and kind explaining how to adjust equipments and to properly use them. You very lucky to have an employee like that definitely employee of the month for me. She helped my elderly father with the purchase of his new tv, and she went out of her way to track down a manager who helped him return a larger tv purchased from the Wasaga Walmart as the lady working the return center originally wouldn't accept his receipt!
