“Few years ago I bought a laptop with the help of Best Buy Express in Collingwood. THe staff was knowleagable, not pushing for purchae. Today I visited the store with some software issue of the laptop. I have good knowledge about microsoft PCs but was not able to resolve the issue, which was "the build in microphone was not working. Tha laptop had no warrantee but the young man resolved the problem free of charge and within a few minutes.”
“I’ve been with Bell for approximately 15 years and recently decided to switch to TELUS after being offered a better deal over the phone. Initially, everything seemed great, but unfortunately my order was cancelled by the fraud department without any communication. I waited over a week for my three new phones before finally calling to follow up, only to discover what had happened.
