“Just had the best experience with Jim at the Telus store in Collingwood. His chill demeanor made picking a new phone and plan a breeze. He went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I upgrade and setup her new phone. I love having Jim help us when we visit Telus! Thank you, Jim!!”
