I wasn’t calling him about using the pharmacy. I was calling him because the medical office across the hall was not answering their phone and it just kept disconnecting at the end of the message.
I called the pharmacy to ask if they would be willing to walk across the hall to let the medical office know that their phone lines were not working properly. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful. An informed me that he thinks they’re closed for holidays, went across to check their schedule which confirmed that they were closed. He also checked when they would be open again.
I really appreciated his help as I do not live nearby, and it would have been drive to make if the office is closed. He was so considerate and helpful.”
