“Amazing customer service. I have been a customer for over 6 years now and every time I only have to wait under five minutes and sometimes even under 2 min. The service is very quick. The staff is very friendly and very understanding. The best part is that they have free delivery service. I came to Pick Up My Money From Money Gram and the Canada Post Officer Gagan was as usual Pathetic and disgraceful & harsh - she took my signature on the amount and after that she said “ sorry we dont have money “ while money gram status said “Money Received Completed” Gagan asked me to leave and come back on Monday and I said no I will not leave because according according to the system, you have paid me the money, but I have no proof and you have paid me no money. It was then Lora, the store manager who stepped in and said these golden words “ we owe you money and we are definitely gonna pay you now” - I was blessed to have her presence. People like Lora are the best example of Canadian values and justice. God bless Lora”
