“Walked into this store Friday morning to look for my first ever pair of ASICS (as recommended by my doctor) and was immediately greeted by the lovely staff at the counter. I was helped by a wonderful person named Ty. I picked a specific shoe, and asked him about the stability of it due to a previous ankle surgery and current knee issues, he actually recommended a different shoe and was completely honest about my pick. My pick was more expensive. He could’ve just sold it to me and not cared. But he didn’t. He didn’t try to sell me the most expensive or trending shoe just for the sake of making a sale, instead he showed me what was best for MY specific needs. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size in stock as I’m a very common size. But Ty let me know that I could call and see when they would be in.
I will definitely be returning to this store for those shoes thanks to Ty. I want honesty in a shoe store, not commission chasing people and these wonderful people at this store are just amazing and I’d be happy to recommend anyone to Asics because you can’t mess with foot or leg issues and I know I can trust Asics. 🩷”
