Unfortunately, they had some factory issues, and since it was a final sale, I was initially concerned. However, my experience at the store exceeded my expectations. “Great store with great stuff, but most important - with a really great staff. We went there yesterday to find shoes for my mother, and this is not an easy task because she has many issues with her very sensitive feet. Both store associates Tai and Shabana are really amazing! They have helped us with so much patience and attention, and they offred my mom to try probably twenty pairs, until she found what she needs, and they were so patient, professional and truly awesome. I hope their manager reads this review and rewards them for not just doing their job well, but for truly helping even the most difficult customers. This is greatly appreciated and this kind of customer service is exemplary.”

“Can I just say I love these people I feel so appreciated and welcome in this store. I went in and out twice thinking I would not be able to find a size or a pair of jeans that would fit nice or to my standards and three girls, Britney, Laura, Jelina were so helpful. I bothered Britney first and then I came back to bother Laura and Jelina and they were so sweet. All three of them were very supportive and considered all of my request and we're able to get a pair of jeans that I initially hated but looked fabulous on me when they gave me the right size. “It has very good collection of footwear for all age groups and gender, prices are very competitive. But you have to be beware of checkout executives, they are not helpful and cunning. Won’t clarify the discount options before billing. That’s a disappointing thing, this unfair practice doesn’t help in long run.”
