“My husband and I were circling around the basement floor of St Lawrence Market in Toronto. We stopped by at Chocosol because I saw the word "stone ground". It reminded me of a different chocolate store I love in Massachusetts, who also adopted the same technique.
The lady explained much about the chocolates, offering me free samples. Of course, she offered the best seller first: Vanilla Sea Salt 65%. The taste was smooth, it has very good quality.
But the most amazing part is the fact that she was not the owner! Robin worked since 2006 when the company started. She has good knowledge about the products, the history, and the vision.
When an employee is as passionate as the owner, it means that the company is good. I genuinely believe Chocosol is a superstar. No doubt about the taste, no doubt about the service, no doubt about all the good work they do for the community.”

“Update on Jan 5. 2025. Went back to Wireless etc. in cistco Richmond Hill. Was first customer there and helped by Andy. The service was excellent. Andy walked us through the plans and options available, costs etc and explained everything in detail
He sold us a good package and installed the screen protector we purchased.
We had excellent attentative service from Andy and so we are giving Andy five stars.
Always busy long line ups. When you speak to a person they are abrupt and want you to just sign up to something quickly to something or leave. Looks like they are probably on commission and want to get the most sign ups as quickly as possible.”

“Lots of people buying in bulk here! I have no complaints. It's a bigger Costco first of all, compared to its counterparts in Markham. So in terms of space, it's winning! What really gets me with this Costco however, is that they always have what I need. Maybe because of its size? They are always well stocked and have full of produce. I do find shoppers here a bit more aggressive with driving and finding a parking spot, so I recommend parking farther from the exit and walking over. Other than that, great Costco! I recommend it!”

“Like any other Costco Warehouse, it has ample parking spots available in front the warehouse and it's a one-stop-shop for all your groceries, home accessories, and gardening. Great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and seafood, dairy products, deli, etc. You just need to choose the time of your visit wisely as it's busier during afternoons/evenings and you need to stay in lineup for checkout or you'd have trouble finding parking spot.”

I unfortunately had a screw in my tire, brought my car Tony assessed the tire and screw location to see if it could be repaired as it was right on the border of repairability. It was then determined it wasnt they unfortunately did not have the tire in-stock hence I had to go to another Costco that wouldn't be able to put the tire on till Tuesday though it would have been a 2 hr commute during the weekday in traffic. I took the tire back to this location and they were able to squeeze me in as it was a short job though after a little bit of a wait which I didn't mind BC I could get it done in the same day. The lady at the front also was great I unfortunately didn't catch her name though she spoke Spanish. She helped me relax after running around the whole day and added to the great experience at this Costco.
