“Levi’s has been one of my favorite brands for years, and I’ve been a loyal customer for nearly 15 years now. I really like their selection and consistently trending styles.
Visited the Levi’s Outlet Store at Vaughan Mills, and the experience was just as expected. Went in only for window shopping but ended up buying a few T-shirts. The store has a great layout, a solid collection, and friendly staff who made browsing easy.
Overall, a reliable store with great products. Highly recommend checking it out.”

“Can I just say I love these people I feel so appreciated and welcome in this store. I went in and out twice thinking I would not be able to find a size or a pair of jeans that would fit nice or to my standards and three girls, Britney, Laura, Jelina were so helpful. I bothered Britney first and then I came back to bother Laura and Jelina and they were so sweet. All three of them were very supportive and considered all of my request and we're able to get a pair of jeans that I initially hated but looked fabulous on me when they gave me the right size. “I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up ???????? ????????????????????????????????”
“Last week I visited Designer depot looking to purchase apparel, I was lost in the men's section and the lovely employee marina came and offered me plenty of help. Not only did she answer my questions but she made suggestions as well as to how I should style my outfit. Usually retail employees are either too present or no where to be found, marina was the perfect mix :)”

“Kyle was soooo helpful and kind! He went above and beyond to find me slip on vans in my size that weren’t yet on the walls. He found 2 really cool ones and there was a fantastic deal so of course I got both.
Kyle is an amazing example of top notch customer service. He needs to be recognized for being incredibly helpful, and rewarded with a raise and a copy of baldurs gate 3!
I live rather far but hope next time I come to this location, I have another wonderful experience!”
