“Kyle was soooo helpful and kind! He went above and beyond to find me slip on vans in my size that weren’t yet on the walls. He found 2 really cool ones and there was a fantastic deal so of course I got both.
Kyle is an amazing example of top notch customer service. He needs to be recognized for being incredibly helpful, and rewarded with a raise and a copy of baldurs gate 3!

The associate at the fitting area was also very helpful, although I unfortunately did not get her name. We truly appreciate her assistance.
Mathew at the front desk was equally helpful and patient. He assisted us with applying coupons through the app and ensured everything was handled smoothly.

Visited the Levi’s Outlet Store at Vaughan Mills, and the experience was just as expected. Went in only for window shopping but ended up buying a few T-shirts. The store has a great layout, a solid collection, and friendly staff who made browsing easy.
Overall, a reliable store with great products. Highly recommend checking it out.”

“I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up ???????? ????????????????????????????????”
“I went to buy a suit for myself, the store was good and there was a white guy who is really helped me to find the suit. He helped me a lot to find the right fit. Organized store with a lot of selection, I could say prices are kind of reasonable and good customer service. Highly recommended for the people who don’t need any custom made suits.”
