From the moment I walked into the store, Mariya was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and quick to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I had my heart set on the Kip Tote Large in Rose Smoke Multi, which unfortunately wasn't available at that location. Without hesitation, she offered alternative options, including having the bag shipped directly to my home. When I mentioned that I was travelling soon and needed the bag before my trip, she went above and beyond by personally calling the Kate Spade store at Toronto Premium Outlets to help secure it for me. And thanks to Kim as well for talking to the other store rep. I truly appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile, her efficiency, and her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They were so helpful in recommending different styles and fits, bringing me tons of options, and making sure I found jeans I absolutely loved. I ended up leaving with way more jeans than I planned on buying because their recommendations were that good! It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. “Today February 20/26 I went to this store looking for a party purse. I was greeted by Sowjanya very nice customer service, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I asked her for what I was looking for and she took me to the right section. She took the time to help me, then she left to do other things, giving me the time to look on my own. Something that I like because I want to have the freedom to choose for what I want. I also had the opportunity to talk to Merry the manager/cashier, also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. “I’m trying to figure out what’s with all the bad reviews. The only thing I can think of is that based off some of the bad reviews, the people are racist. Not employees but the people reviewing. I’m seeing a ton of white hate. Anyways, to the main point of this, came in with my wife to get some replacement pants. As a guy, I like To get whatever and get out, while my wife was trying stuff on, the ladies and gentlemen there were both super helpful, I got myself my first pair of Lulu sweat pants 🤣🤣 regardless, our experience from start to finish was incredible. We got the help we needed. It was closing time, I wanted to get out so they could close up, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Came in for 1-2 pairs of pants, left with 6 pairs. Good people will generate good sales, from the person helping us find sizes. To the change rooms, to the hemming. To the cash register. All of it was very smooth. Thanks!!”
