“Today February 20/26 I went to this store looking for a party purse. I was greeted by Sowjanya very nice customer service, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I asked her for what I was looking for and she took me to the right section. She took the time to help me, then she left to do other things, giving me the time to look on my own. Something that I like because I want to have the freedom to choose for what I want. I also had the opportunity to talk to Merry the manager/cashier, also very friendly and pleasant to talk to. “I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work!
