“I had such an amazing experience at Torrid in Vaughan Mills, all thanks to Danae! I saw a sparkly silver top and unfortunately it was not the size I wanted, other Torrid stores we checked it was out of stock. I was starting to lose hope, until Danae found my size on display. Then, to my absolute surprise and delight, she personally called me back immediately after I left the store to let me know she found my size! I couldn’t believe service like this still exists. “Visited the Old Navy Outlet at Vaughan Mills with plans to buy some clothes, but I think it was just bad timing. The store had clearance deals marked at 30%, 40%, and even 60%, however none of those discounts applied to the items we were actually looking for. Most of what we needed was either regular price or didn’t have the discount we expected.
That said, the store itself is well designed with a nice, organized layout. The collection is decent overall, staff were helpful, and price check scanners are available on-site, which is convenient.
Even though I didn’t end up buying anything this time, I’d still recommend this store—just depends on what you’re shopping for and when you visit.”

“I have to admit, I do agree with most of the (bad) reviews. Whenever I visit this store the employees ignore you & don’t seem to know the answer to any question you ask. Yesterday was different because an employee named Maliik was there. Despite the fact he was busy folding literally hundreds of t-shirts, he greeted me, was friendly & so helpful. He was able to answer all my questions & seemed to enjoy his job, I ended up walking out with 6 t-shirts when I was only there to buy one. I even bought an extra one bc he told me to check out the $4.99 sale rack at the front of the store. Thank you Maliik for making my shopping experience a good one….and keep up the good work! You get a big 5 thumbs up ???????? ????????????????????????????????”
“I usually avoid Vaughan mills as it is hard to navigate, and I generally receive low customer service due to high volume customers. I had to run in to do some returns and exchanges, the staff I encountered were extremely helpful, completed the returns and exchanges in a timely and swift manner.”
“I have not been the greatest fan of H&M because I do find that the quality of their clothes is going down. But I love their jeans and this is my favorite location as they always have different styles and options to choose from. Plus, they have cotton jeans. I hate polyester, Lycra. The staff is also friendly.”
