“Called to say car was making a strange noise when turning wheel. When I got there, the car would not replicate the noise! He took the time to put the car on hoist, to diagnose, took a look at everything, didn't notice anything and injected some fluid into the bushing, just in case. Car has been fine since. Took all that time and used his equipment - No charge!!”

“Just picked up my 2023 Subaru WRX a couple weeks ago and the whole experience was amazing. Luxe Auto Lounge was super easy to deal with! They handed me the keys right away and encouraged me to take my time with the test drive instead of rushing me which made a huge difference. I was able to properly feel the car out and make sure it was the right fit for me. Everything went smoothly and I was able to pick the car up within a week. After Matt A inspecting it, he explained that there was actually nothing wrong with the motor and no repair was needed. This is my first time going to NAPA Autopro in Mason and let me tell you that I'm glad that I did. They fixed it all for less than 600$. “There seemed to be some issues between the owners that have been worked out (as of May 2024), its basically a one man show now ..Pablo is a good mechanic that will try to save you on extra costs and will be upfront about things ,not the best with appointments and time but if you are willing to leave your vehicle and not wait its golden.”
“My bike is a full suspension, and I had just spent 50$ on a hand pump I was told would work on my rear shock /suspension to refill the chamber and re pressurize it……. It did not….
I forget the gentleman’s name but in the evening on night last week? He tossed me 2-3$ out of his pocket to turn the air on. I was POSITIVE there was manual override inside to turn it on; at least at one point I know there was.
This was not the case and buddy without hesitation paid for my air in my bike.
I’m gonna have to into return at some point and find this guys name so I can update and inform management of this kind behavior. Speaks volumes of his character and I genuinely appreciate his help.
