“The Agent from National was the only Rental Agent in the Hamilton Airport when I arrived. She was very friendly and called Budget for me and another lady.
However I was mistaken and had actually booked thru National because they would be open when we arrived. So we had a laugh, and I had the key and was on my way before the Budget Agent even arrived for the lady waiting for them..
She gave us a Ford Explorer to drive and I was quite impressed by its level of comfort and space.

“Smooth rental experience for us. Was at the counter at 6pm on a Wednesday. Our first car had a smell so we swapped it out without hassle. Dalton was behind desk and was very calm and chill. Rental desk is inside the airport by the main doors. Then you walk out to the lot to pick up your car. I am hoping the return is also flawless.”
