“Rented from the Rymal & Upper Ottawa office. Very smooth transaction. I also used the pick up and drop off service - both gentlemen that drove me were friendly and on time. And both, unprompted, shared how much they loved working for this Enterprise, what great employers they were and how well run it is. Awesome to hear!”

“The Agent from National was the only Rental Agent in the Hamilton Airport when I arrived. She was very friendly and called Budget for me and another lady. However I was mistaken and had actually booked thru National because they would be open when we arrived. So we had a laugh, and I had the key and was on my way before the Budget Agent even arrived for the lady waiting for them.. She gave us a Ford Explorer to drive and I was quite impressed by its level of comfort and space. I appreciate the service I received and how clean the vehicle was. Thank you, I will definitely be booking with National again.”

“I found Ali to be very accommodating. He picked me up and dropped me off the following day. This is a independent rental business and not a corporate owned. Which the personal attention is evident. Ali is a very nice individual. I will be renting there again and highly recommend Pact Auto Rental for anyone needing a vehicle in the Hamilton area.”

“Smooth rental experience for us. Was at the counter at 6pm on a Wednesday. Our first car had a smell so we swapped it out without hassle. Dalton was behind desk and was very calm and chill. Rental desk is inside the airport by the main doors. Then you walk out to the lot to pick up your car. I am hoping the return is also flawless.”
