“I have been shopping at this location for years and the service is amazing all staff members are fantastic and very helpful as well as very knowledgeable. Thank you very much.”
“Went for my first time ever and I lived in Hamilton my whole life. I was amazed at all they had. They even had the specialty bit I needed to do a custom job. The cashier knew exactly what it was and where it was. I will 100% be back to shop many of more times.”
“I highly recommend that everyone visit this home hardware location. The staff have always been friendly, but today they went above and beyond. When I discovered that a drawer pull would not accommodate a standard-sized screw, one of their very kind employees offered to help by increasing the diameter of the holes in the drawer pull in order to accommodate a standard size screw. I know I would not have gotten this willingness to help anywhere else. Not only was this gentleman, especially helpful, but it didn’t take long for one of the other lovely employees to chat to me and before you know if the three of us and another customer developed a memorable conversation. I just moved to the area six months ago and after shopping here today, I feel like part of the community. Thank you very much for all your help today. I will definitely be back.”
“The guys helped me load up and very respectful, great staff.
Justin's super professional, well mannered and product knowledgeable. I appreciate that greatly.
For me, it's the go to for lumber and more.
Keep up the fantastic vibe!”

She made the checkout experience quick and easy, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel welcomed. Great customer service and a really pleasant experience overall! Arianna definitely deserves recognition for her hard work.”
“Shannon in the Seasonal department in Ancaster was very very helpful to me today. I tried to fill out the survey she gave me but the QR code was not active. I would like to give Shannon a rating of 10 for customer service. Thanks again, Shanon”

“I went to Rona in Waterdown today and was absolutely amazed at the quality of service I received while I was returning paint cans for recycling and needed some help with a flagstone walkway. Two different employees (Josh and Christine) helped me immensely, answered my questions, gave me great advice and best of all, were very warm and friendly. I was totally impressed. Thanks Christine and Josh!”
