I came across Blue Sky Storage and I saw a photo of their unique remote controlled equipment for unloading a storage unit. I can't thank them enough, it looked like there might not be a way until they helped out.”

“We recently secured a site for our trailer at Waterdown Self Storage. Mark came to meet my husband to show him around the lot to find a spot that would fit our size of trailer for storage. He was more than open and informative and very friendly. He signed us up very quickly and made this process very easy. We are very happy to find an organized and safe place to store our trailer. “I was super nervous about my big move and about stoping all of my possessions, but Amy was amazing at making me feel comfortable with the process and what to expect. Very happy so far with the people. I did have to deduct one star tho as there are two lips of about 2 or 3” each up from the driveway to my storage unit and I tripped quite badly on it during my move, so perhaps they could put a marker on the edge of the concrete so that this doesn’t happen. Also the lip made it hard to get a dolly up over it and into the unit. But the unit itself and the facilities seem very well maintained otherwise.”

“This review is based on the new management as I wouldn’t have given the old even one star. Having previously reached out several times regarding an issue w my unit billing, the new manager was able to fix it immediately and with kindness that the previous management lacked. Very impressed and after years of being a client am finally no longer upset every time I EMT my payment. Tho prices are still somewhat higher than the norm I am glad the new staff make it worthwhile.”

“Delivered clean container on time, and pick up easy to arrange. Really convenient having it in the driveway to load and unload. Just a warning that on pickup the container has to be stood almost upright to get it on the truck so pack it tightly to avoid the load shifting!! Not a unique problem to this company but I would have arranged items differently if I had known in advance.”

“My experience was 10/10 personally. It was the first time using U-Haul rental services in my life but the team made it easy to collect the vehicle, understand what's expected of me (photos, petrol, km, etc) and return it just as easily. I'm happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to rent another vehicle with this location again if needed. The only minor issue I had was that checking in online (submitting the required info + documents) didn't seem to speed things up as the website said it would. However, things were still quick enough in the store so that honestly didn't bother me. The AndroidAuto function in the truck was also pretty convenient to pull up Google Maps & to play my music.”

“I can't say enough good things about Dundas Storage. The manager of the facility Nicole has been beyond good to our family. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer receives excellent service and I am beyond grateful. We found the storage facility as a fluke and have been beyond surprised at the cleanliness, care and customer service. Even at the end of the stay I couldn't make it in to take my lock off and they ensured it was off for me and I didn't have to make an extra trip in I would give more stars if I could!!”
