“Staff are great, facilities are clean and very easy to use via their mobile app. Pricing after the promo period ends is significantly more expensive, just be aware of that. Would recommend for short term.”

“Blue sky did a great job with my out of town move. They were on time and on budget. The load and unload system keeps the bin level so I didn’t worry about my items getting damaged. I’m very happy with their service and I’d definitely recommend and I’d use them again.”

“Amazing people who work here. They are always friendly and make you feel welcome. They do what they can to make you feel important, sending reminders of any upcoming payments or if a late fee will soon be charged. Costumer service is a 10 out of 10.”
“We needed a safe and accessible place to store some of our belongings during home renovations and the unit at Waterdown Self Storage was exactly what we were looking for. A big thanks to Mark Soave and family for being prompt responding to our questions and requests.”

“Excellent service and a great facility! I’ve used this storage multiple times and have always had a positive experience. They offer a variety of unit sizes, and you can often find good discounts available. The staff here have always been supportive, friendly, and helpful. It’s definitely a wonderful option for storage if you live in downtown Hamilton.”
“We visited the 1197 Plains Rd E location, and after taking time to understand our storage needs, Brenda and Arina provided professional recommendations that helped us find the right-sized storage unit for our requirements. They were both knowledgeable, kind, and professional throughout the process. We were very happy with the excellent service we received and had a great overall experience.”

“I had nothing but a great experience with Access Storage. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The regional store manager, Lynda —she was absolutely fantastic. She was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Her professionalism and response time really stood out and made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Access Storage to anyone looking for reliable service and great customer support!”
“These guys are great! The spaces are clean. I had a space for 4 years and NEVER any problem with bugs, mice, etc. Never had any trouble getting into my space. And when I was done and terminated my rental, they handled everything fast and MORE than fair. I even got a rebate for the time that I had paid for but didn't use. I had assumed that I wouldn't get that back, and I didn't even ask. They just sent it. This is an easy 5 stars!”
“Great customer service, prompt pick up & delivery, fantastic drivers! We rented a box first then ended up purchasing one (that they also moved for us). Driver, John, always called when ~30min away, very friendly & was able to do our long distance move. 100% recommend this company for moving or storage needs!”
“We have used KIngcon several times for our moves. Easy and efficient way to store contents during a move. Excellent service, very friendly, prompt - top notch !!!!”
“I was so very impressed with Upper James Self Storage! They were extremely clean, safe and secure. I had peace of mind while my entire life (literally) was stored in this facility for 9 months. Dori was absolutely amazing and made me feel extremely confident that she was keeping an extra eye on things at all times! In the future, if I ever need to place my personal belongings in storage, this will be the place I do so!”
“I had a great experience working with Rachel at SmartStop Self Storage. I was actually her first customer sale while she was training, and I have to say she did an amazing job. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process simple and stress-free.
Rachel took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. Her welcoming attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Even though she was learning, she handled herself with confidence and made me feel like I was in good hands.
SmartStop Self Storage is lucky to have someone like Rachel on their team. She is off to a great start and I’m sure she will continue to provide excellent service to future customers.”

“My absolute favourite Uhaul location they really helped me with my weekend trip to Po Hawk Island, and thanks to them. I will never go to a different Uhaul location. They are the best of the best thank you Giuliana and Lucy.”
“Easy to book online, my vehicle was ready at the scheduled time. An employee was being trained when I came in, while it took a bit longer than expected, everyone was very polite.
Don’t forget to record a video walk around yourself before drive off, and when you drop off. Always good to have your own records.
Overall I experienced no issues.”

“It's an ideal place but the floors are no longer being cleaned like when Nicole was there. All that dirt and dust eventually makes its way into the air, accumulates on the walls throughout the building, into our lockers and settles all over our belongings.
CLEANING STAFF NEEDED!”
