“I visit this location quite often. I was in about a week ago inquiring about a wine "Prisoner Unshackled" (red cab), which was not in stock or offered by any LCBO stores. I had the pleasure of dealing with George, who assisted me throughout my inquiry. He spent a good 20 minutes with me, he even went as far as looking up your systems to see if anyone LCBO locations carried it. He even went as far as letting me know to contact the Agent directly, which I did and was able to get my wine. Wow, what amazing service! Thank you George!”

“My local LCBO has one of the largest inventories in Canada, especially noteworthy is its vintage collection. All staff are knowledgeable and have always been successful in recommending labels and varieties that are similar to what I wanted but may have been out of stock temporarily. Bags or boxes to carry the several bottles are available for safe carrying on demand. Shopping carts make collecting favorite and new products easy. I recommend the LCBO at this location to anyone of legal age.”
“It's a beautiful store with a good selection. I miss the old store where the Vintages Section had a better cozy "home". I feel this store is intentionally designed to make you walk/ "browse" through the isles. Good for sales but frustrating for the busy person who doesn't want to walk around the store. I also found it interesting that they have a De- Alcoholized or non alcohol section now. The service was very good there by the way. Folks were genuinely interested in helping. And happy! It's located in Bayview mall. Free parking. Wheelchair accessible. And it has a fine selection for the discerning pallet and collector.”

“This is my local beer store of choice. 98% of their inventory is in a massive refrigerated area. Doesn’t matter summer or winter, beer will be cold by the case. More importantly, staff has never let me down or have been unfriendly rain or shine. If I ever want to pick up a case or a single I try my best to make it back home in time to pickup from here. Clean facilities always, good parking, what more could you ask for?”

They made me feel extremely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation and had the utmost respect for every patron. 74/10. When the lcbo reopens, I’ll probably just come to the beer store because of graham.”
“Excellent service from the workers, because the beer I needed was not on the counter, and they took the time to look for it and bring it to me so I could pay for it. On another occasion in a different store I couldn't find my beer and they very kindly told me where it was. Super grateful for such a good service.”
